I would like to tell you about a wonderful op shop that I have discovered.
It’s Aussies helping Aussies, called Aid for the Blind (QLD) Inc.
I was truly delighted to find that they help our blind or visually impaired live as good a life as possible by providing affordable self-contained accommodation.
The lovely lady in charge of this op shop, Colleen (though they have others in various locations), was really nice and answered all our queries about the store.
We now have no hesitation about contributing any unwanted items, but good items to help them raise money for such a wonderful cause.
They have heaps of lovely different items available.
You can find them in their new ‘home’ Logan City Centre next to Ritchies Supa IGA supermarket at 2/24 Wembley Road Woodridge.
Do yourselves a favour and go visit a true Aussie establishment that helps our Aussies.
