Please carefully read the following instructions and terms & conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable bidding experience:
1. Bidding Process:
- Visit our Coorparoo store during the designated auction period.
- All auction items will be on display within the store premises.
- Each item will have a designated box nearby for bidding purposes.
2. Placing Bids:
- To place a bid, kindly fill out a piece of paper provided.
- Include your full name, phone number, email address, and the price you wish to bid for the item.
- Insert the completed paper into the box corresponding to the item you are bidding on.
3. Bidding Deadline:
- The auction starts at 9am Saturday the 4th May, 2024.
- The auction will close at 3pm on Saturday the 11th May, 2024.
- All bids must be submitted before the auction deadline.
4. Winning Bidder Notification:
- After the auction concludes, we will review all bids.
- The highest bidder for each item will be contacted via phone call using the provided phone number.
- Winning bidders will be notified promptly after the auction closes.
5. Purchase Confirmation:
- Upon being notified as the winning bidder, you will have the opportunity to purchase the item.
Visit our Coorparoo store within the specified timeframe to complete the purchase.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
6. Reserve Price:
- Please note that each item may have a reserve price.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale if the highest bid does not meet the reserve price.
In such cases, the item may be re-listed for auction at a later date.
7. Terms & Conditions:
- All bids are binding and cannot be retracted once submitted.
- By participating in the silent auction, you agree to abide by the auction rules and conditions outlined herein.
- Link Vision reserves the right to amend or cancel the auction at any time, without prior notice.
