Ways to donate goods
Donate in Store
Please bring your pre-loved goods into any of our Op Shops. We really appreciate it when items are delivered directly, this helps us the most as it reduces the man-power required to transport items to us and tends to keep them in the best possible condition in transit.
Donate via our Bins
If you cannot get to one of our Op Shops we have many conveniently placed donation bins across Brisbane. Please be mindful when donating via our bins to ensure all items fit inside. We cannot resell broken, damaged or stained goods. Leaving items outside of our bins may result in damaged or stolen items. If it does not fit, please don't leave it behind.
Request a Pick-Up
For large furniture and homeware items we provide a pick-up service which is subject to availability. We really appreciate pre-loved furniture donations but they must be in good, resalable condition. If you have bulky items you would like to donate please complete the form below to request a pick-up appointment.
